Hi! I'm Cara.
My process of awakening began in 2011, but I didn't fully surrender to the process until 2018, when I had an illness and injury experience that fundamentally shifted my whole belief system on what was important in life and how to be a person in the world. My body and mind were so overworked from constant worry, overthinking, feelings of deep unworthiness, and a need to control that were rooted in deep childhood trauma. Eventually my body collapsed with severe viral illness and a spinal injury. I literally could not move forward until I worked through these lessons.
I used every tool I had in my 15 years of energy work and subconscious reprogramming education in addition to two new quantum healing modalities that I was introduced to at the perfect time. I fully surrendered to the quantum healing world as all the old ways weren't healing me anymore. I felt all of the emotions that were at the root of the dysfunction in my body, released them, and created an entirely new life and body with this quantum energy!
I'm so excited to share all of this process of remembering who you are with those who are ready to leave the old world's rules behind and create a healthy and joyous life on their own terms!
